Returns and Exchanges
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, please reach out to Harsh within 14 days of receiving your order. Harsh will do his best to address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact Harsh immediately. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. Harsh will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Process
If you decide to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Harsh within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Ship the item back to Harsh in its original packaging as best as you can.
Once Harsh receives the returned item and verify its condition, he will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. (Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item)
